Our mission is to develop youth to be exceptional leaders by providing career development, college readiness, and character development opportunities. Your students will become leaders in their respective communities during their time in this program. We strive for a 100% high school graduation rate and participation in at least four large-scale community service events yearly.
Our Team
Tonyia West-Johnson, Ed.D: Founder/Executive Director
Tonyia West-Johnson, Ed.D, a graduate of Spelman College is a former school psychologist who saw too many students fall through the cracks, as resources were few and the need was great.
The school’s reach only goes so far and that is often not enough.
Students who may be ahead or behind are rarely provided with adequate support outside of a number on a report card.
Dr. Johnson is determined to close the gap between students’ dreams and reality through advising, academic and emotional support, exposure, and of course -a little fun!
Her background as a mother, college professor, and school psychologist allows her to meet students’ needs at every level. She is adamant on creating a new generation of holistic leaders who have the resources and abilities to change their future and the world.
